The breakfast was healthy with chocolate croissants, canelés as good as in France plus wizened bagels, efficient staff. Friendly check-in, particularly good and unbeatable location so close to 28th and 33rd subway both within walking distance.

The hotel was the perfect romantic escape. The beautifully appointed interiors added a touch of luxury to our stay. The location was ideal, being close to major landmarks and attractions. We were able to easily explore the city and enjoy everything it has to offer. The staff at the concierge and restaurant were friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. We also loved the complementary hot apple cider that was offered throughout the day. It added a cozy touch and made us feel right at home.

There were a few aspects that could have been better. The room we were initially assigned was noisy and the shower pressure was weak.

The location, lots of places within walking distance. Empire State Building only 5 min. away, therefore you can perfectly enjoy NY at night from above.

The rooms are nicely decorated and clean, providing a comfortable and spacious stay. The staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant experience. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast and take in the beautiful view of the Empire State Building from the terrace. the hotel offers excellent facilities and advantages, making it a great choice for a trip to the city.

One downside is that the restaurant has limited options and the prices are quite high.

It had favourable and perfect location quite close to a private library.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were super rude.
