Best spot for a family getaway

The staff here was like nothing I've experienced before. They did everything to make us feel welcomed, just like family. We were greeted with complimentary drinks which made unwinding even better after a long day. Plus, the room was clean and surprisingly comfortable. Perfect after a fun-filled day.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was totally worth it!

I am absolutely appalled by my recent stay. The air conditioning in our room was unbearably loud, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the housekeeping service was shockingly inadequate. they neglected to replace basic items like tissue boxes, leaving us frustrated. To top it off, the director of the hotel was rude and dismissive when we raised our concerns. This was not the level of service I expected during my stay!

We had an amazing time with friends at this hotel! The location was perfect—close to Fotografiska and tons of great dining spots. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the friendly staff. Don't miss the breakfast deal at the front desk. it's a steal! Plus, the evening wine was a nice touch.
